Is the size not right or does the item not fully meet your expectations? At Hans Voortman you can easily return or exhange your purchase. In the step-by-step plan below, we explain how this process works.
RETURNS
Step 1: The return period: 14 days after receipt
When you have placed an order in the international webshop at Hans Voortman, you are entitled to a statutory reflection period of 14 calendar days. This reflection period starts when you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the order. The period also starts from the day that you can pick up the package at a pick up point.
Within this period you must return your purchase or at least notify us of the fact that you are canceling your purchase; this is called revocation. You can send an e-mail to customerservice@hansvoortman.nl. After you have informed us of this, you have 14 calendar days to return the order to us.
Step 2: The items to be returned
Check if (if reasonably possible) all brand labels / cards and the blue fitting label with original blue tie-wrap are attached to the products you want to return. Make sure that the products you want to return are intact. Use for purposes other than fitting is not permitted. We can hold you liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Sale items can also be returned.
When fitting your clothes, shoes to judge whether the size and / or fit well you should do this to a soft surface such as a carpet, this to prevent damage until you are sure that you want to keep the shoes. Designer packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags are included when you return something. Items that have been returned incomplete, worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to the customer at own cost.
Step 3: Use the enclosed return form.
Indicate on the supplied return form which items you want to return and enclose them with the return shipment.
You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory and for faster processing we recommend that you use our return form.
Step 4: The return shipment and costs
Preferably pack your return shipment in the original packaging. If this is not possible, we kindly ask you to package your return shipment properly. The risk in a return shipment is your own responsibility. Hans Voortman Mannenmode is not responsible for damage to the order that occurs during the return shipment or if your shipment is lost.
You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. We kindly ask you to send the return shipment with signature for receipt and to keep the proof of shipment. However, this is not mandatory, but this way you are able to check whether your return shipment actually arrives with us.
Note: The return cost & risk of shipping is is always for the sender.
Note: International Returns or Exchanges must be provided with the following "Additional Comments" on the Carrier Shipping Invoice:

Step 5: The refund.
After receiving the return shipment, we are committed to processing it as quickly as possible. The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days (from the time of withdrawal), using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. We strive to refund the amount on the same day of receipt of the return shipment (or when you provide proof that the product has been returned). We may wait with the refund until the time when we have received the return shipment, or when you have demonstrated that the goods have been sent to us.

Postage sufficient postage, and keep your Track & Trace number ready, International Returns must be provided with a Carrier Shipping Invoice that says:
INTERNATIONAL RETURN including the "Export Track & Trace Number".
