Warranty
The legal warranty applies to the items you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee. You are only entitled to a warranty with a well-founded complaint. A well-founded complaint means that it was not caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure or incorrect / complete compliance with the instructions for use and / or washing instructions.
- Damage by negligence
- Deliberate damage
- Improper use
When the manufacturer or we have assessed your complaint as justified, we will give you a replacement item or you can select another item for the purchase price. We at Hans Voortman Mannenmode find it important that we always find a suitable solution. We therefore see the handling of complaints regarding the warranty of a product as a possibility to provide service. Complaints
At Hans Voortman we do our utmost to make you as a customer satisfied, but also to keep you. If you are not satisfied with something, you can submit a complaint. We see every complaint as a service option. You can submit your complaint by e-mail or by post. It is also possible to file a complaint in the store. You can address your complaint to:

After the complaint has been submitted to us, we will assess it. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 14 days.

At Hans Voortman Mannenmode we see every complaint as a possibility to provide service. Not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague ( www.sgc.nl ). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ )
